Refund & Return Policy

At Defenda, we’re committed to providing top-quality mobile accessories and a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within reason and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging and all accessories.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To be eligible for a return or refund due to damage or defects:

  • You must record a complete, uncut video of the package being opened.

  • The video must clearly show:

  • The shipping label on the package

  • The seal being broken.

    • The entire unboxing process. The product and the issue/damage.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, no return or refund will be accepted. This policy is to ensure fairness and avoid misuse.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective on arrival):

  • Products with physical damage not caused during shipping.

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.

  • Used items or items not in resellable condition.

  • Tempered glass screen protectors that have already been applied.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item and valid unboxing video are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days

5. Return Shipping

  • Defenda will bear return shipping costs only if the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Type-C to Type-C Cable Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on all Type-C to Type-C cables under the following terms:

  • If the cable stops working within 6 months of purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement.

  • Coustomer has to register there warranty.

  • if warranty not registered no replacement would be accepted.

  • To claim the warranty, you must return the original cable.

  • Customers must bear the delivery charges for the return and replacement.

  • Once the returned cable is received and verified, a new cable will be shipped.

7. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Warranty Claim

  • Issue Description

  • Unboxing Video (mandatory for returns/refunds)
